On Tuesday,  July 5, the webinar More Resilient! GlobalSuite for Business Continuity Management took place. This webinar was delivered by Uxía Fernández, partner and Business Continuity Consulting Director at Ozona Consulting, and Alejandro Delgado, Iberia Sales Director at GlobalSuite Solutions. Global Suite is a leading software vendor of comprehensive governance, risk and compliance solutions and a partner of Ozona Consulting.

The webinar showed how GlobalSuite’s software can centralize and simplify different processes within a Business Continuity Management System.

After a brief introduction by our Sales Director Alfred Cañadas, Uxía Fernández presented the main challenges she has encountered in implementing business continuity projects, showing how these could have been resolved or mitigated by using a software tool such as the one provided by GlobalSuite. For example, GlobalSuite allows us to centralize business continuity processes by carrying them out and planning them through the tool, generalizing methodologies and simplifying tasks such as sending and collecting information-gathering forms or consolidating the collected information.

Next, Alejandro Delgado provided concrete examples of using the tool, showing how it enables the automation and simplification of key processes in business continuity management, such as BIA or continuity risk analysis. He also showed how to configure different types of plans in GlobalSuite and how to monitor the status of the actions that make them up.

The webinar concluded with a Q&A round in which the speakers answered the questions raised by the attendees.
