Ozona Consulting, a leading consultancy in Portugal and Spain in business continuity and crisis management, information security, service management and artificial intelligence governance, is expanding its business continuity team at the Lisbon office.
 
We are looking for professionals with knowledge of business continuity who want to develop their career as consultants. Successful candidates will provide services to a sector-leading client and join its business continuity team, with the support and training of Ozona’s team of consultants, made up of internationally renowned specialists.
 
Previous consulting experience and specific business continuity knowledge will be valued. Ozona will provide the training required for the role and for the professional development of the selected candidates.
 

Position details

• Junior business continuity consultant (ISO 22301)
• Placement within the business continuity team of a sector-leading company, working on-site three days per week at its Lisbon offices
• Business continuity training plan provided by the company
• Fixed + variable remuneration model depending on the candidate’s profile

Responsibilities

• Documentary review of the business continuity management system (BCMS) to ensure conformity with ISO 22301:2019 and maintenance of its certification
• Assessment of the business continuity practices of suppliers and service providers
• Monitoring of the business continuity action plan and initiatives
• Production of BCMS KPIs and related reports
• Support for crisis management activities

• Responsible, dedicated and enthusiastic person
• Good client-facing skills
• Strong communication skills

Minimum requirements

• University degree (Computer Science, Management, Information Technology or related fields)
• Basic knowledge of business continuity (ISO 22301)
• Native or advanced Portuguese
• Availability to work on-site in Lisbon three days per week

Desired requirements

• Certificate of the Business Continuity Institute (CBCI) or official ISO 22301 training
• Initial experience (internship or first job) in consulting, business continuity or crisis management
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, ISO 20000 or KPI models
• Good level of English

Ozona Consulting is expanding its ISO 27001 consulting team in its Barcelona and Lisbon offices. We are looking for consultants with knowledge in ISO 27001 (at least three years of experience in consulting regarding the implementation of information security management systems, GDPR, risk analysis, etc.) and preferably holding one or more ISO 27001-related certifications, to participate in projects in leading companies, joining a consulting team that includes internationally recognized specialists.

 
Exclusively aimed at professionals with experience in the implementation of ISO 27001 information security management systems and GDPR.
 
Experience in business continuity projects will be valued, although it is not essential.

 
Profiles with no consulting experience will not be considered.

 
The main functions to be performed will be related to the oversight and implementation of information security management projects, mainly in Barcelona, Madrid and Lisbon.

We are looking for consultants with knowledge of service management (at least two to three years of experience) and holding and ITIL Foundation certificate, ISO 20000 Foundation certificate or higher. The main functions if this job include taking part in service management projects (ITIL, ISO 20000, IT4IT, etc.) in Barcelona and its area of influence.
 
Aimed at graduates holding a Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate degree in Computer Engineering or Information Technology with outstanding records.

We are looking for last-year students or recent graduates with a Bachelors’ Masters’ or PhD degree in Computer Engineering or Information Technology who are interested in starting a career consultancy and participating in projects in leading companies. They will join a consulting team led by internationally recognized specialists.
 
Aimed exclusively at Computer Engineering anf Information Technology bachelors’ or masters’ degree students, recent graduates or postgraduate students with outstanding academic records. Profiles with no demonstrable IT or computer science background will not be considered.
 
No previous experience or specific knowledge required.
