The BCI Incident Response and Crisis Management course covers all the aspects related to preparing and implementing an incident response structure, as well as the skills needed for crisis management.
The course is divided into modules that explore the concepts and principles of incident management and crisis management, as well as the tools and techniques that can be applied when anticipating and assessing incidents. It also examines the key activities, roles and responsibilities required for effective incident and crisis management.
📝 The course includes slides and a workbook that is completed throughout the course (course in Spanish, materials in English).
📘 The content is based on the Good Practice Guidelines (Edition 7.0 from the BCI – Business Continuity Institute) and reflects the international standards currently in force in the field of business continuity.
🇪🇸 The course is delivered in Spanish, and includes electronic materials (in English) and a certificate of attendance.
🖥️ The BCI training course is delivered in live online format. Scheduled breaks are offered for each session.
🛠️ The training is delivered through GoToTraining (or similar).
🎤 Participants will be able to use their microphones to take part in the sessions and ask questions to the instructor (there is also the option to use their webcam).
📊 The interactive features of the course may include working groups in virtual rooms (breakout sessions), polls and quizzes.
🎓 Participants are recommended to hold a CBCI certification or specialised training in business continuity. Additionally, experience in business continuity and operational resilience is recommended.
