CBCI Certification Course

Description

The CBCI Certification Course is a reference training programme in the field of business continuity, based on the Good Practice Guidelines (GPG) of the BCI (Business Continuity Institute).

The course is structured in six modules based on the six Professional Practices (PP) and the associated stages of the BCM lifecycle, split between management practices and technical practices.

The certification exam is optional.

• The course includes official BCI materials in English and a workbook that is completed throughout the course.
• The content is based on the BCI Good Practice Guidelines (GPG) and reflects the current best practices in business continuity.
• The course is delivered in Spanish, includes electronic material in English and a certificate of attendance.
• The course is delivered in interactive online mode. Scheduled breaks are offered during the sessions.
• The training is delivered through GoToTraining (or similar).

• Participants may use their microphones to intervene during the sessions and ask the tutor questions (there is also the option to use the webcam).
• The interactive features of the course may include breakout sessions, polls and quizzes.
• Previous experience in business continuity, operational resilience or risk management is recommended.
• The course is delivered by an Ozona Consulting tutor accredited by the BCI, managed through BC Training, BCI Licensed Training Partner.
