O subcomit\u00e9 40 conta com 3 grupos de trabalho: o WG1 dedicado \u00e0 governa\u00e7\u00e3o de TI (ISO 38500), o WG2 sobre\u00a0gest\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os de TI (ISO 20000) e o WG3 de &#8220;IT Enabled Services\/Business Process Outsourcing&#8221; (ISO 30105). Aprovaram-se 46 resolu\u00e7\u00f5es, entre elas a revis\u00e3o do \u00e2mbito do subcomit\u00e9:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Standardization of IT Service Management and IT Governance <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Develop standards, tools, frameworks, best practices and related documents for IT Service Management and IT Governance, including areas of IT activity such as audit, digital forensics, governance, risk management, outsourcing, service operations and service maintenance, but excluding subject matter covered under the scope and existing work programs of JTC 1\/SC 27 and JTC 1\/SC 38.<\/p>\n<p>2. The work will initially cover:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Governance of IT, including the development of the ISO\/IEC 38500 series standards and related documents.
