INCIDENT RESPONSE AND CRISIS MANAGEMENT (BCI – Business Continuity Institute)<\/p>\n
The BCI Incident Response and Crisis Management course covers all aspects related to the preparation and implementation of an incident response structure, as well as crisis management capability building. The course is divided into modules that explore the concepts and principles of incident and crisis management, as well as the tools and techniques that can be applied when anticipating and assessing incidents. It also analyzes the key activities, roles and responsibilities required for effective incident and crisis management.<\/p>\n
Upon completion of the course, participants will:
\n– Understand how to build and develop a crisis management capability for their organizations using an established best-practice framework.
\n– Have a solid understanding of the relationship between events or issues, incidents, business continuity and crisis management.
\n– Understand the principles, strategies and techniques of incident response and crisis management.
\n– Have the tools and knowledge needed to prepare, implement and maintain a crisis management plan.<\/p>\n
The course includes slides and a workbook completed during the course (course in Spanish, materials in English).<\/p>\n
The content is based on the Good Practice Guidelines, Edition 7.0, from the BCI (Business Continuity Institute) and reflects the international standards currently in force in the field of business continuity.<\/p>\n
The course is delivered in Spanish and includes electronic material (in English) and a certificate of attendance.<\/p>\n
The BCI training course is delivered live online. Scheduled breaks are provided during each session.<\/p>\n
The training is delivered via GoToTraining (or similar).<\/p>\n
