The official ISO 20000 Foundation training is the entry-level training in service management based on the international standard ISO\/IEC 20000.<\/p>\n
The purpose of this training is to ensure that participants acquire a solid foundational knowledge of the ISO 20000 requirements and understand how to apply them within an organization or department that delivers IT services to internal or external customers. The course also aims to give a full overview of the different processes in the IT service management system.<\/p>\n
With the course, participants can sit an exam to obtain the official ISO\/IEC 20000 Foundation certification (ISO\/IEC 20000-1:2018).<\/p>\n
This training is offered as an open course and as in-company sessions.<\/p>\n
Training is delivered by Diego Berea, member of the ISO\/IEC 20000 editorial team and APMG-accredited trainer.<\/p>\n
